The Bespoke Option - Option 3.

THIS IS FOR THE DESIGN ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PIECE WHICH WILL BE QUOTED FOR WITHIN THE DESIGN SERVICE.

This level is aimed at more complex designs such as cocktail rings or jewellery with more than one halo for examples.

If you are unsure what level your commission would be then please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss it through with you.

HOW IT WORKS

The consultation

Immediately after purchasing, our journey starts with an exploratory conversation where I can uncover your likes, dislikes, occasion and inspiration. Whether you’re looking for a brand new piece or to incorporate existing elements into a new design, this consultation gives me the chance to truly understand what you want.  

The design

Armed with my design expertise I’ll begin to immerse myself into your desires — developing concepts and initial sketches. Working together, we will refine the design until we have the piece, and where applicable you will receive a resin replica of the final design to review.

The final piece

Only at the stage when you are totally confident with the design, will I bring it to life in precious metal and gems. Et voila — your very own Andrew Geoghegan piece of jewellery for you or the one you love.

Who is Andrew Geoghegan? +
An award-winning jewellery designer, my journey began in a humble garden shed – today I create inspired, unique and beautiful pieces for clients across the world, each one a testament to technical mastery. I split my time between the UK and Portugal, drawing inspiration from nature, life experience, and ancient artefacts. Read more in the About page.
Where are the pieces made and are the materials ethically sourced? +
The majority of AG pieces are made in the UK, and we also work with a trusted Portuguese workshop. All of our suppliers are members of recognised industry bodies that promote ethical trading. We use trusted UK and international partners to source the finest materials, and all our diamonds come from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process.
How can I view your pieces in person? +
If you’d like to view a piece before ordering, please get in touch. We’ll advise you on the best way to see it in person – whether via private consultation or another option that suits you.
Production Time & Express Orders +
Collection pieces typically take around 4 weeks to make. Some items are available in stock for faster delivery – and our 5-Day Shipping Collection can be with you almost immediately. Need something sooner? We offer an express service on a case-by-case basis – just ask.
Can I customise one of your designs? +
Absolutely – collection pieces can be tailored to your preferences, from stone type and size to metal choice. For something entirely personal, explore our bespoke service.
What about engraving? +
We offer both hand and laser engraving on most designs, available for an additional fee.
How does your bespoke service work? +
We’ll guide you through every stage – from your first idea to the finished piece. It begins with a conversation and unfolds through sketches, stone sourcing, and ultimately the creation of your one-of-a-kind design.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes – we ship worldwide. Please note that if you're outside the UK, duties, taxes, and VAT may apply and will be your responsibility. If you’d like an estimate or advice, we’re happy to help.
What if I don’t know the ring size? +
No problem. If it’s a surprise, we have discreet ways to help you find the right size. If it’s not a surprise (or for yourself), we’ll be happy to guide you. Just get in touch – we’re here to help.
What is your warranty and returns policy? +
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If a manufacturing fault arises within 12 months, we’ll repair the piece free of charge. This doesn’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss – but we’re always happy to assist with repairs or servicing. Most of our pieces are made or adjusted to order and are non-returnable. However, if there’s a concern, please contact us – we review every case individually and always aim to support you. Unworn cufflinks may be returned within 90 days in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
