Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At A Geoghegan Ltd, we hope your jewellery meets and exceeds expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns for exchange or credit note within 60 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

- The piece is unworn and undamaged

- The item is returned in its original packaging

- We may apply a restocking charge at our discretion


Made-to-Order Pieces (Including Rings in Specific Sizes)

Most of our jewellery is made to order — particularly rings created in a specific size. These pieces are not eligible for return as standard.

That said, we recognise that circumstances can change. If you wish to return a made-to-order piece, please contact us. We’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis, and if we’re able to accept the return, it may be subject to a restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

- Personalised items (including bespoke designs or engraved pieces)

- Earrings, for hygiene reasons

- Sale, clearance, or auction items


Faulty Items

Items with a manufacturing fault may be returned within 6 months of delivery. All returned items will be inspected. Please note that fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse is not considered a fault.
