Besides the different stone sizes, the Cannelé British Engagement Rings are available in a range of striking gemstones including blue sapphires, pink sapphires, rubies, emeralds and chocolate coloured diamonds as worn by Pippa Middleton before. Metals available are 18ct yellow, 18ct white, 18ct rose gold and platinum. It is available as a diamond three stone ring called Cannelé Trois and a cushion cut ring- the Cannelé Cushion. The French word Cannelé means fluted and also the name of  a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla. It is a speciality of the Bordeaux region of France.

Where are the pieces made and are the materials ethically sourced? +
The majority of AG pieces are made in the UK, and we also work with a trusted Portuguese workshop. All of our suppliers are members of recognised industry bodies that promote ethical trading. We use trusted UK and international partners to source the finest materials, and all our diamonds come from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process.
How can I view your pieces in person? +
If you’d like to view a piece before ordering, please get in touch. We’ll advise you on the best way to see it in person – whether via private consultation or another option that suits you.

Collection pieces typically take around 4 weeks to make. Some items are available in stock for faster delivery – and our 5-Day Shipping Collection can be with you almost immediately. Need something sooner? We offer an express service on a case-by-case basis – just ask.
Can I customise one of your designs? +
Absolutely – collection pieces can be tailored to your preferences, from stone type and size to metal choice. For something entirely personal, explore our bespoke service.
What about engraving? +
We offer both hand and laser engraving on most designs, available for an additional fee.
How does your bespoke service work? +
We’ll guide you through every stage – from your first idea to the finished piece. It begins with a conversation and unfolds through sketches, stone sourcing, and ultimately the creation of your one-of-a-kind design.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes – we ship worldwide. Please note that if you're outside the UK, duties, taxes, and VAT may apply and will be your responsibility. If you’d like an estimate or advice, we’re happy to help.
What if I don’t know the ring size? +
No problem. If it’s a surprise, we have discreet ways to help you find the right size. If it’s not a surprise (or for yourself), we’ll be happy to guide you. Just get in touch – we’re here to help.
What is your warranty and returns policy? +
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If a manufacturing fault arises within 12 months, we’ll repair the piece free of charge. This doesn’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss – but we’re always happy to assist with repairs or servicing. Most of our pieces are made or adjusted to order and are non-returnable. However, if there’s a concern, please contact us – we review every case individually and always aim to support you. Unworn cufflinks may be returned within 90 days in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
